Terms and conditions

1. The service

espressimo lets you create digital invitations for events, send them to guests and manage RSVPs, seating and the other features described on the site, depending on the plan you choose.

2. Account and order

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details to place an order.
• The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Romanian lei (RON), per event, and include all applicable taxes. Payment is made online through the payment processor shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.

Invoices are issued electronically and sent to the email address used for the order.

4. Delivery of the service

Access to the editor and the invitation is available right after payment is confirmed. The invitation stays online for the period included in your plan.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. Because the service is digital and starts immediately, we will ask for your express consent at checkout for performance to begin before that period ends. See the Refund policy for details.

6. Your obligations

• You have the right to use the text, photos and other materials you upload.
• You enter your guests' details as the event host and make sure you have a legitimate basis to use them for the event.
• You do not use the service for illegal or offensive content or for unsolicited messages.

7. Intellectual property

espressimo's designs, graphics, code and text belong to us. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the chosen design for your event. Content you upload remains yours.

8. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the service available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price of the plan you paid for. These limits do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

9. Personal data

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We try to resolve any complaint amicably; write to us at [email]. You may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or use alternative dispute resolution (SAL).

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, and changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
