espressimo is a digital service, so there are no physical products to return. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.

1. Before the invitation is sent

If you haven't sent the invitation to your guests yet, you can cancel within 14 days of payment and we refund the full amount.

2. After the invitation is sent

Once the invitation has been sent to guests, the service is considered performed with your express consent and the right of withdrawal no longer applies, under Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014. If you run into a technical problem we can't fix, we look at each case and may offer a partial or full refund.

3. How to cancel

Email us at gv.ionut@gmail.com or use the contact form, including your order number.
You may use the model withdrawal form from Annex 2 of Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, but it isn't required.
We confirm receipt within 2 working days.

4. Refunds

We refund within 14 days of approving your request, using the same payment method as the order, at no extra cost.

5. Complaints

If we can't agree on a solution, you can contact ANPC or use alternative dispute resolution (SAL). The links are in the site footer.
